How much does a sailing workation cost and what is included?

Wild Workation sailing cruises run from 7 to 14 days and cost from €1,200 to €1,500 per person per week with early-bird and group discounts, or €2,200 to €2,400 to book a private cabin for two. Group size is 8 to 10 guests per yacht.

Prices are all-inclusive: private bed, reliable internet for video calls (4G/5G and marina Wi-Fi near shore, Starlink on open-sea passages), skipper, fuel, marina fees, and a dedicated onboard workspace with power outlets and shade.

We sail the Mediterranean from April to October — Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro — and the Andaman Sea in Thailand from November to March. Cruises suit remote workers, digital nomads, and small teams who want to keep working while exploring new coastlines.

No sailing experience is required — a certified skipper handles the boat. Average workday on board is 6 to 8 hours, typically mornings and early afternoons at anchor, with swimming, hiking, and dinners ashore built into every itinerary.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Booking, pricing, internet, sailing experience — the questions people ask before they pick a cruise.

Pick a date, select a cabin, fill out the booking form, and pay a 30 % deposit. The balance is due two weeks before departure. Bookings are confirmed once the deposit clears.

Boat, captain, fuel, all marina and port fees, end-of-charter cleaning, and linen. Groceries for the week are bought together and paid separately. Personal expenses ashore — restaurants, taxis, optional excursions, crew tip — are not included.

No. All cruises are run by IYT-certified captains. You are a guest, not crew. If you want to learn, the captain can teach you, but it is never required.

Workation cruises are designed for productive remote work — reliable 4G/5G and marina Wi-Fi (Starlink on open-sea passages), morning deep-work blocks at anchor, afternoon sailing. Vacations use the same boats and crew without the work frame. Team offsites are private, whole-boat charters for one company's team with a custom route.

Day to day it runs on strong 4G/5G and marina Wi-Fi near shore, with Starlink on board for open-water passages. Daily Zoom and Google Meet calls are stable. Coverage can drop on long passages or in the most remote anchorages — we are honest about this.

We work case-by-case within the standard charter industry timeline — full refund if the spot is rebookable, partial otherwise. Contact us directly.
