We usually reply within 2 hours during working hours and always within 24 hours. Available Monday to Sunday, 09:00–18:00 CET (UTC+1 / UTC+2 during DST) — we respond in English and Russian via Telegram, WhatsApp, email, and phone. Urgent booking questions are prioritised.

We'll answer everything: explain internet performance in Turkish waters, show cabin photos, clarify what's included in the price, help choose routes and dates that fit your work schedule. For teams, we'll discuss custom offsite formats, participant numbers, and the balance between work and activities. Write in Russian or English — we respond within 24 hours.
